Versa Products recently introduced the 1” stainless steel cam valve to its family of the field-proven V-316 Series valves. Like all of the V316 Series, this new valve is designed to operate in harsh environments, such as applications in the petrochemical and paper industries where equipment is subject to corrosive chemicals. The material performance of V-316 valves will outlast brass and aluminum in these conditions.
There are two mounting configurations for the cam actuator: the standard position with the roller parallel to the valve mounting surface or the optional 226 suffix, which turns the cam roller 90° and perpendicular to the mounting surface.
The 1” npt port size of the cam valve provide ample flow (Cv 11.1) for the most demanding applications.
